With an ocean view from the 3rd floor balcony and decorated in British Colonial - Tommy Bahama style furniture and colors. This two bedroom, two bath condo with an upgraded walk-in shower off the master bedroom reflects the owner's pride. The owner updated the doors throughout, bathroom vanities, living room furniture, bedroom furniture with upgraded mattresses and 3 flat screen TVs. There is Tile flooring throughout and 3 Casablanca ceiling fans for your comfort. Sit back on the balcony while enjoying the Ocean view that is just steps away. Boogie boards and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment during your stay!

The Condo sleeps 4 and is located in building 8 which has an elevator and is close to the pools and the clubhouse. The unit is your perfect "home away from home" with a spectacular view off the balcony.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has four tennis courts, two swimming pools, and racquetball.

Spend the days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine, and the nights exploring the old city.

We had everything needed for our stay. Beautiful. The laundry washer had mold in it. It needs to be cleaned and left open after use. The master bed needs repair on the supports underneath. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location
This was our 4th trip, staying at OARC. So far, have never had a bad experience. Units and linens always clean. (The dishwasher needed rinse aid for the cloudy glasses) but other than that; love staying here with the location yo our needs and rhe beaches. Definatley would stay here again.

Breezy ocean view
I enjoyed the balcony of this condo the most. When not on the beach or in town I sat on the balcony and even in the humid heat the breeze was lively and the site and sound of the ocean relaxing. I would say the owner should invest in comfortable patio furniture. It would be well used as a second dining area.

Both the ocean and pool are close by. Many nice restaurants are a short drive away. Ocean view .
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Our granddaughter and her girlfriend enjoyed it even more. Great place for families.
