Enjoy your vacation in this 3rd floor condo with fantastic views. Building has stairs, elevator and unit is just steps from the ocean. Newly painted in 2017, with new walk-shower in master bath and new tub in hall bath. Master bedroom has king size bed, 2 twins in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, dinette will seat six, plenty of room for eating, playing games or cards. Ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, 3 flat screen TVs and 3 DVD players.

Balcony has pub table with swivel chairs, relax with your morning coffee and evening beverages. Enjoy wide sandy beaches, for fishing, surfing, bogie boards, relaxing in sun with a book from the Clubhouse library and of course building sandcastles! 2-mile stretch of A1A has a variety of restaurants, shopping and fishing pier. Wednesday morning flea market and in summer free concerts at pier pavilion. The city of St Augustine is a short drive away with restaurants, art galleries and historical sites. Come and enjoy your favorite way to vacation!
