1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Cozy and convenient stay
Very clean and cute historic house in the heart of the historic district. Restaurants, coffee shop and wine bar steps away from the porch. Great place to stay!

We come to St. Augustine often and like to try different spots. This was one of the best locations! Right in the heart of Old Town! It was easy to walk everywhere. We loved sitting on tje balcony, sipping drinks, and listening to all the hreat live music across from us. Fully stocked, great bed, great towels and linens, and we didnt need to bring anything. Loved the history of the house. Highly recommend!

Perfect location
A great spot to walk from. Parking is a nightmare for larger vehicles (or any) in St. Augustine. It is by far much easier to stay in a location downtown like this one and walk. We loved it!

Great location to downtown St Aug. overall good experience with a few unfortunate circumstances. Parking is tough, especially when the public garage is closed for concerts and a challenge to find a public overnight parking solution without getting towed. Late night street noise can be an issue for light sleepers, but it can be masked with the noise machine. Overall good weekend with a few minor hiccups

This place is in the heart of old city. Walk out your door and go to all attractions with in minutes. The size of the top floor was ideal for a couple. We would not hesitate to return.

This was the best place I could ever ask for in St. Augustine! It is close to everything! Perfect space for our stay. So much more room than I would imagine. It was nicely decorated and had the most comfortable bed! We will definitely stay here many times per year! Thanks again!

I love staying here. It’s super convenient to all of the activities in St Augustine. We park the car in the nearby public parking garage and don’t have to drive anywhere for our whole stay! The 3rd floor apartment is cozy, well appointed and very clean. The balcony is great for people watching. The hosts are very accessible and concerned for the experience of the guests. Love staying here!

Convenient and Cozy
This apartment was a fantastic location for exploring St. Augustine. We had a great time walking the town & bar hopping with live music. Great shops and restaurants close by. One suggestion would be to somehow noise dampen the windows. We heard everything happening on the street at all hours. I slept with earplugs, which wasn’t ideal but weighing with all the great positives… we will be back!

Location! Location!
Cute apartment in excellent location. If you’re looking for a place close to all that St Augustine has to offer this is it. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere which was a huge plus. There were several comments about the noise of the delivery trucks, but we never had any issues. This apartment is in the middle of all the action so noise it to be expected. Greg was quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful unit!
This is our second visit to St. Augustine and the location is in the heart of all the shopping and restaurants. The remote parking worked out just fine. The third floor unit was perfect for my wife and I and was everything we wanted. Bed is very comfortable. The only negative is the early morning noise from the street cleaning and garbage trucks at 6:00am but we found the same issue a block away at our last visit. Highly recommend this place!
