On top of that the owner is dishonest, the bedrooms don’t have any AC but the apartment was listed “With AC”. The AC unit in the living room does not cool the rooms and there are literary thousands/millions of mosquitos waiting for the windows to be opened and even with screens they find a way into the apartment.
