Being a basement apartment in the summer it was extremely stuffy and I would recommend a fan or two for air circulation. Opened the windows at night however that magnified the sound of barking dog which made the stay most unbearable. "This is a wonderful place to stay. The children loved the play area downstairs and the slide. There is a huge lawn to run around on with a built in trampoline. The kitchens is well stocked and the two dishwashers came in handy with 30 plus of us. The theater area had a small stage that worked well for young performers.
