"Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. "Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
