"Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful area. The communication with David was timely and helpful. He provides guests with a great list of things about his lake home and community establishments. We checked out five and each spot, the staff were so welcoming. Sunsets are spectacular. The fire pit was nice although Mother Nature did not totally cooperate. The fishing was very good and large mouth bass were plentiful. We fell in love with this area of Laje Champlain."

"The property was beautiful and spacious. Wish there was more seating in living room. Paddle boards and kayak were fun. Did not receive code to check in until after arrival time so that was challenging. Water had a strong sulfur smell. Should let guests know prior to bring drinking water Overall a lovely place"

"A wonderful rental. We loved the layout of the house, the awesome bunk beds, the kayaks, and the deck over the water. This is the perfect rental along the lake. Georgia does make you work a little harder to go to stores and into Burlington for other activities, but I grew up there so I knew that was the case. This is a great spot to rent and just enjoy Lake life. If it’s available when I come back, I’ll definitely stay again."

"Cabin is small but well laid out and well appointed. We enjoyed the water and watching the fishermen come and go. Good starting point for the several day trips into Quebec we made as well as to New York and Southern Vermont. Cabin has access to a grill and fire pit as well as outdoor table and chairs. Overall house is large and spacious with some updated amenities like appliances. Master is beautiful but other rooms are tight. Enjoyed our stay
"We found this a great place to stay. It was comfortable, a fabulous location right on the bay, and convenient to everything we needed to do. We did have to contact Chuck about where the linens were for one day bed (they were in a locked closet) but he guided us immediately to solve the problem. The front stoop was uneven and missing some stones, but we were careful. We did leave a note about some minor maintenance items to be addressed, but overall this is a nice place and we would use it again without hesitation."
