"Very convenient to downtown St. Albans. "

"We were in town for a couple days in November for a youth hockey tournament in St. Albans. The location and general area are nice with many offerings for food and shopping. Beautiful lake house as advertised, and very spacious! Mattresses are firm. I need a fairly dark room for sleeping and the window treatments did a pretty good job blocking light. My family enjoyed our time there and are considering a trip next summer!"

"Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. "

"Overall, a little more rustic than expected. Location is awesome, lake views and sunsets excellent. Beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with all the things you need. Lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. Excellent breweries, and good restaurants. Easy to get to Burlington waterfront, and mountain views at Stowe."

"What a fabulous area and location! We had a wonderful time at this home right on the lake with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole crew. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porches enjoying the view and breeze. There is a park.2 miles down the road which was fun to walk to as well. This is a fabulous home and we would highly recommend it! Only thing to be aware of is that the three upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom but this wasn’t a problem for us- we just had people share the downstairs bathroom when showing. The master may not have is own bathroom, but it does have the access to the upstairs deck with basically views which was lovely. There is a marina almost next door you can rent pontoons from also. All around great home!"
