The kitchen area opens up to the dining area with table and seating and then onto the sitting room where there are large, comfortable sofas, a smart television and french doors leading out to the private and enclosed garden; perfect for afternoon barbecues, al fresco dining and for relaxing and watching the iconic Cornish Sunsets. Outside there is also a large driveway with parking for up to two cars. The first bedroom is also located on the ground floor and has a plush king-size bed, smart television and and en-suite shower room.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms; firstly, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and secondly a bedroom with two cosy twin single beds. Both rooms share the family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower., wash basin and WC. Also located on the first floor is a useful study area with a desk and seating.
