I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key. Apartment clean and not bad, but bed was incredible uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on couch. "

"Mixed experience, good location and had an early check in which was helpful. However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused. The room was great but the need to invest in my need blackout curtains as I was awoken at 4:30am when the sun came up. "

"Pokój w średnio - niskim standardzie. Ściany w niektórych miejscach pokryte pleśnią. W cenie pokoju miał być powitalny drink. Jednak ja go nie otrzymałem. Room in middle-low standard. There was some humidity on walls in some places. In the price should be a free initiate drink but I didn't get it."
