"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. We had big room with small kitchenette corner. Everything was clean & comfortable. The only thing I missed was washing up liquid and sponge so we could clean our cups and plates. Also in the hallway we missed hooks or pegs to hang up our coats. Overall we really enjoyed it."

This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. "Booked this place as it was advertised with air conditioning. Booked specifically for our type 1 diabetic daughter as high temperatures impact her blood sugars. Arrived to find broken fan. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. Stay clear! "

"Good location close to Tram station"

"Super lækker lejlighed med en skøn beliggenhed tæt på stort indkøbscenter og centrum, og lige overfor en park. Rigtig gode senge. Eneste lille minus er, at der mangler lidt køkkenudstyr, som fx æggebægre og større stegepande. Det ville også være rart med et par stole og lille bord på altanen."

"Beautiful modern apartment close to the heart of the old city. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The smart TV was too smart for me. I needed some kind of manual (printed) to help me operate it. I listened to radio through phone apps instead. My one disappointment was that my attempt to arrange breakfast failed. When I phoned, nobody answered. So I emailed (at least a day in advance, but I think it was two). Perhaps my emailed wasn't received. Fortunately I still had time to visit...

"The apartment was small but very comfortable with all the necessary accoutrements, with a full kitchen (except microwave), all necessary toiletries, towels, bedding... The living room couch can be converted to a sofa sleeper if you want to sleep 4. You control temperature in the apartment. A lovely balcony for 2 was present and large windows for light. It is located in a good area with a bank, store and restaurants very close. I would definitely recommend over a hotel. "

"The property is very clean and the staff are courteous and professional. My only suggestion is change the toilet paper. The paper is really rough. I needed water to soften it or it will like sandpaper. Also, the in-room courtesy water bottle will be better if one just regular. As a tourist, I am not a fan of carbonated water. The hotel can offer still/regular water. Thank you"
