"Comfortable room. The breakfast was very basic and not close to being worth the price paid. Communication could be improved. The front door to the hotel locks every evening. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand, so I came back to the hotel at 11pm and was locked out. I kept buzzing and knocking, hoping to be let back in. Turns out the receptionist was on a break which would've been fine if there was some sort of communication in place. "

"I didn’t like that not all the hallway/elevator lights were working. The morning/midday staff were way friendlier than the nighttime staff.
