"Hotel was in an amazing location. Staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. A few issues, our room was opposite the lift so it was quite noisy. The air con was fixed at 16 degrees which when you have two menopausal women it becomes uncomfortable on a night. We asked for it to be lowered to cooler but were told it was fixed as there were colder nights ahead, no offer of a fan! Brilliant location for the concert we went to and within easy reach of the city in an Uber."

"Comfortable room. The breakfast was very basic and not close to being worth the price paid. Communication could be improved. The front door to the hotel locks every evening. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand, so I came back to the hotel at 11pm and was locked out. I kept buzzing and knocking, hoping to be let back in. Turns out the receptionist was on a break which would've been fine if there was some sort of communication in place. "

The rooms were also quite cosy despite going for the category up from the cheapest, but our room had a great view of the Sacre Couer church on the hill and the rooftop views are incredible too! Would visit again, as the location is also great close to the top of Martyrs street with its cute cafes and shops."
