"The elevator stops slightly below the ground floor--so if you're on it, after it stops you have to push the "1" button again so it will move up a few inches so the door will open. If you're outside waiting, the light goes off but the door won't open (because it's too low) so you have to push the button again. When we mentioned it to an employee they indicated the owner is too cheap to fix it--as they have had elevator problems in the past. Stating they went 6 weeks without elevator. I'D NOT...

"So needed to get a hotel as my vehicle went down in the middle of the night, not far outside of Jasper. Got on Hotels.com and saw this had good ratings and a fair price. Got a room booked and managed to uber over. Facility is aged but is fairly well kept up, room itself is dated but cozy. Very spacious, no strange smells, stains, spots or holes any place. Lots of sitting area, recliner, queen bed, sofa, and desk area with pull out chair. Bed itself is ok, not terrible but not extremely plush....

"Our room on the first level was clean, comfortable and quiet. Always a plus when you have a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast items were very limited and included NO proteins. Just waffles, cereal, milk, coffee, bananas, mini wrapped muffins. No problem, we brought breakfast sandwiches and used the microwave. There is a Sonic restaurant just a building away. Would stay here again. "
