"overall fine place due to location & amount of space, but the home smells a little musty. upon entering found trash bag & rubber glove on floor, no soap in one bathroom, only 2 clean washcloths & one bedroom window was open all the way. also, house next door looks abandoned and under construction"

"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump"

"We actually came in after being displaced. The owner, Dean, was prompt in every reply or question we had, and had no issues at all with us bringing odder pets than cats and dogs. (A small parrot breed and a reptile terrarium.) Saved us from having to spend some serious money on a place to house them, and the emotional health of the bird that would've been a high cost to us too...The place is clean, functional, and exactly as listed on the site. It's so well cleaned that my rather sensitive...

"We had 6 adults, aged 22- 53 stay at the house. It was clean and you can tell Germaine put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. We really appreciated the nice towels, for the shower as well as the hot tub! Numerous members of the group commented on how awesome the first floor shower was! Only about 10 minutes from MSU! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks again!"

"A few of my friends and I came back to the East Lansing area to go to a MSU football game. The farm house had a lot of beds and was about a 15 minute drive from campus, which is just what we needed. We had a great time."
