"I needed a place to stay for the weekend for my college homecoming and to visit my daughter who is currently a student at the local college. This was the perfect place, not far from campus, but seemed a world away. Peaceful and convenient and such a cute house! Will recommend to other alumni and parents from the college and will most likely stay again."

We had a great time walking the trails, sitting around the bonfire at night, and we always enjoy and take advantage of the range. We really appreciated the nice towels, for the shower as well as the hot tub! Numerous members of the group commented on how awesome the first floor shower was! Only about 10 minutes from MSU! "The home was clean, with inviting decorations and well-stocked, including the kitchen. Loved a fenced in backyard and the option of bringing our dog (even though we did not). The location was convenient and neighborhood was also pleasant. Appreciate the communication when we had questions. "

"A few of my friends and I came back to the East Lansing area to go to a MSU football game. The farm house had a lot of beds and was about a 15 minute drive from campus, which is just what we needed. We had a great time."

"The property is rundown and not in the best neighborhood. House is very old. Floors are very un-level. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. TV did not work. We messaged the property manager with no response. Luckily we were able to get Netflix to work on the tv. Kitchen was very small. If water was being used anywhere then it wouldn’t work on other fixtures."

"We had such a great time and a wonderful stay at the Lake House in Marshall, Michigan. The home has stunning unobstructed views of a lake and you really can't see any other homes. The deck was nice to hang out on and we used the firepit one night and enjoyed the stars and a beautiful moon. The house is well equipped in the two kitchens. "This house has so much character and was a perfect venue for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed the individuality of each bedroom and each space. There are things to explore and look at in every nook and cranny of this place! Communicating with Evolve was a hassle, but communication with the actual host was good once we had his contact information. Also, the location close to downtown Jackson, allowed for a walk down to see the Bright Side murals. We also realized it is not far from the best donut...
