"First of all, the next time I come to Eugene with a big crew, I will look no where else but this property. My best friends from college and I stayed at The Pink House for the Oregon Ducks game, and it blew our expectations out of the water. As a former student at the University of Oregon, I know first hand that Eugene is full of houses that are run down from college kids; I’m pretty sure that a college student has never stepped foot in this house. "I stayed at the house with my five children age 17 to 30. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need. The kitchen felt like home and not just a few random things like I’ve found in other rental homes. The beds were comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The house is on a hill and the sunset view was stunning. I highly recommend. "

"It's a nice, clean place to stay in the Eugene Springfield area. It's much bigger and nicer than a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay there. "

"Great host who was very responsive and accommodating. The home is older but very clean, has a lot of room, mancave as well as basketball hoop, football, and cornhole equipment. The neighborhood is old but very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Close to Autzen and Matthew Knight arena so that is a big plus too. Would recommend and will stay there again. "
