This property was highly unsatisfactory
The unit was dirty when we arrived. The noise level was excessive. There were homeless people all over the neighborhood, including sleeping by the dumpster for the property. The amenities were lacking in most ways. The kitchen faucet wasn’t even attached to the sink completely. There was grease all over the stove hood and back wall. The fridge was dirty. There was food on the floor. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed. One of the windows had plaster and concrete falling from it. And after all of that, and us leaving it cleaner than we found it (including fixing the kitchen sink) they are trying to charge us for normal towel use, claiming that they had stains on them.
