"Beautiful view "

"We booked two rooms long in advance but rooms were only allocated on arrival so two near each other weren’t available. We were given an upgrade for one of the rooms because they didn’t have the two rooms types we booked. The temporary lobby and breakfast facilities let down what will be an all round lovely property. The inclusive breakfast was so poor that we ate out. Pool was great. "

"I was nervous to stay here after reading some of the recent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though. Our room was clean and the office staff were very friendly. The location to Zion National Park and the restaurants/shopping in Springdale is incredible. The shuttle bus that you can catch right outside the hotel is super convenient for accessing the park. I did notice that our room was a little rundown and the hot tub and ice machine were out of order. Our room has a mini fridge with a good freezer in it so we were able to keep ice that we brought with us. Overall it was a clean and nice place to stay and super convenient for Zion. All the hotels in that area are expensive but this seemed to be the most affordable. "

"Flanigan’s was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Zion NP. Clean, close to the park entrance and Springdale. Would recommend to anyone visiting Zion!"

"How wonderful was to experience the good old times in an original Bed & Breakfast, we got such a warming experience reading all the thoughts of previous guests dedicating their words to the original owners, now the son of one of them runs it and has great advice and guidance for your own purposes. It was also a great time staying so close from Zion National Park, you don't even have to worry about transportation or taking your car to the park as there is a bus that you can take every 15 min!! And very convenient as it is surrounded of great restaurants that you can walk to them. "
