Beautiful new contemporary home. Observation Point has spectacular 360 degree views of Zion. Two full kitchens and 2 sets of washers and dryers 4 bedrooms each with own flat screen tv and 4 baths. 2 hanging daybeds (Twin size) sway as you take in the breathtaking views. Spend the day hiking and come back to the comfort of feather topped beds and down comforters. Fall asleep listening to the sound of the river. 2 Separate Bullfrog spas and patio areas with barbecue grills, horse shoe pit. Relax in hanging chairs on your private deck suspended up above the Virgin River. Large, main level deck suspended over the river. Shuttle stop is steps away from front door. Minutes from Springdale's fantastic restaurants and shops. Backs onto beautiful park and walking trails. Rent Observation Point for up to 6 guests Your group will be the only ones staying at property. If 7 or more guests are staying you need to rent through Zion Riverwalk maximum number of guests for Observation Point is 6.

Perfect for family vacation

Zion Hikes

Great location for our hikes of the Narrows, West rim trail and Taylor creek trail . We used the Springdale bus stop # 7 just steps from the home for two of our hikes. Thanks to Tori for making our stay easy.

Great Property for a Zion Visit!

Great house with plenty of space and all of the amenities. It’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to catch the shuttle right by the house and get anywhere we needed in town as well as going to Zion. The hot tubs were excellent after hiking! We would recommend the property and would stay there again ourselves.

Fabulous House in Springdale, Utah

Very nicely appointed house in Springdale on the main drag close to city shuttle stop 7. The hiking right across the river is beautiful, and Zion Park is a 10 minute ride on the shuttle. This place is comfortable, clean, and luxurious by our standards. Also has a functioning outdoor Jacuzzi we enjoyed. Big windows and great views from the house.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed the house, which allowed each couple to enjoy their own floor, and the location was excellent for Zion National Park and convenient for other exploration, including Bryce, Canyon Overlook, and Kolob Canyon. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location

This house is incredible. Great location—close to the park and right on the river. I loved hiking in the morning just before sunrise (right behind the house). Tori communicated well and made sure we were good to go! I'd for sure stay here again!

Contemporary oasis with Style

This property was wonderful. Stayed here with our adult son and his girlfriend- there was plenty of room for 10 or more people. 3 somewhat “separate” “apartments each with bathrooms, laundry and kitchens. Central areas were super comfortable. We enjoyed local hikes, the shuttle into Zion and especially stargazing from the decks and telescopes. An experience to always remember and come back to!!

Gorgeous Home and Convenient Location

Our family of seven adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Observation Point. The home was a relaxing place to stay and land after a busy and full day in Zion and the surrounding area. Both inside and outside of the property have plenty of spaces to spread out as well as have together time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hostess was quick to answer any of our questions and also gave some sightseeing tips. The town shuttle is just a few steps from the house making it super easy to catch. It is also one of the first stops into town so we never had to worry about having enough space on the shuttle for our crew.

A great place to relax with friends after long days in the park

We stayed here for a guy’s trip to hike in Zion. We also used the house as a basecamp to hike Kanarra Falls and Bryce Canyon. It is a large, clean, well-equipped house very near the park. We spent evenings recuperating out on the back deck overlooking the Virgin River. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay that is awesome and close to the park.

Incredible stay near Zion National Park!

This is a wonderful house and perfect for a group of friends or families since there are so many bedrooms and bathrooms! A wonderful deck right on the river with incredible views. The location is great--we walked to a different restaurant for dinner each night, strolled the path along the river, and picked up the free shuttle for Zion right outside the house. Truly wonderful in every respect. We'll be back!

Beautiful Porch on the River
