"Staying in this shed was a blast - it's one big open space inside (bathroom is a separate room) so it feels like a party. Surrounding fields and farmlands make it feel fun, and Maria even let us feed the alpacas, they were hilarious! We were in a car accident and Maria was flexible with our arrival date, and didn't even charge us extra for moving everything back day. Extremely kind, understanding,, and attentive. I would definitely stay again "

"I was well cared for at the House with No Nails! The property is beautiful & clean, & in a gorgeous rural setting set amidst mountains, big blue skies, & farm animals. The house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Hobbiton set in Matamata, which was my plan while in this area of NZ. Highly recommended!"

"Great location near Katikati and Waihi Beach and much cheaper than a place at the beach. Nipped into Athenree hot springs for an afternoon dip. Private, quite and relaxing. Clean and well appointed. Will definitely return."
