"House was great, you can walk down the steps & literally get in the water of Lake Michigan. There are a lot of steps to get down there so not for someone with walking issues. House is cute, clean & has a great deck to sit out on & excellent lake access. Location is very rural & literally have to drive down dirt roads & hills to get to the house. Nothing serious but I was surprised. "

"The house is amazing, ample space for everyone. There was an abundance of beach towels, beach chairs and a large foam float that 6 grandkids played on. We enjoyed the private beach especially spending time around the evening fire roasting marshmallows. We have always gone south for vacations but our time in Michigan may set a new trend for our family."

" A group of us stayed here and absolutely loved the house and the property!! Host was communicative and understanding, house was clean. If you do not have a car just know you will need to carve out time to wait for Ubers/taxis! But this is worth it with the seclusion of the house :) would recommend to anyone! "This was a great place to stay. I can imagine that in the summer, folks who want to get on the river or sit around the fire pit would be so happy. We stayed when it snowed hard so we didn't do any outdoor activities. The owner was amazing. She attentive and responsive. The only issue we had was with the dogs in the neighborhood. There is a sign when one pulls onto the road that there are a bunch of dogs who live there, which isn't a problem if one isn't allergic to dogs. What we didn't expect...

"Loved the place. Extremely clean and well appointed. Everything worked well and there was ice made in the freezer. Something other places often forget to check. We stay in the often very often to visit our children from out of state and this was our favorite place to stay. "
