The Blue Heron, boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Three bedrooms, each with their own ceiling fan and two bathrooms will comfortably sleep up to ten guests.

Nestled on a deep-water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, The Blue Heron offers a 36-foot dock, perfect for mooring watercraft with ease. The fenced backyard boasts a custom pool and private dock where you can fish, set crab pots, or simply soak up the sun. Relax on the generous shaded patio, complete with a large outdoor dining table and a cozy sectional sofa. For outdoor fun, there’s a gas grill and games like Corn Hole and Giant Jenga. Two kayaks are also available for exploring the canals or enjoying a leisurely paddle. You’re welcome to bring your own watercraft or rent one locally.

Inside, the spacious open floor plan features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a king bed, queen bed, two double beds, and a sofa sleeper, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The wraparound porch encircles the entire home, complemented by a screened verandah and an upper balcony, ideal for sunbathing or watching sunsets.
