**Welcome to Your River Retreat!**

Our updated vacation home is located on a peaceful canal just upriver from Hospital Hole, a 10-minute paddle to the main river in Weeki Wachee, FL.

Ideal for families and friends, we are just 3 miles from Pine Island Beach and a short drive to Buccaneer Bay Water Park. The spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring 2 king beds, 5 queen beds (including: 2 Queen sofa beds, 1 Queen Murphy bed), and 1 Queen bunkbed with a twin trundle setup, and a hammock. Enjoy meals in the modern kitchen or relax at our coffee/tea station.

Outdoors, the screened-in patio overlooks the canal, perfect for unwinding. Kayak and fish right from your backyard with access to the Gulf using our kayaks, canoe, or stand-up paddleboards (SUP).

Explore local favorites like Bella Napoli Italian Restaurant and attractions like Weeki Wachee Springs, Orlando, Tarpon, Crystal River, Brooksville, Clearwater, and Tampa, all within easy reach. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and relax in the living room with a Murphy bed. Each bathroom includes modern amenities such as a bidet.

Please note: No check-ins on Christmas Day, Easter Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Father’s Day; a double cleaning fee applies for those days.

Christmas vacation
We planned to swim with manatees but found so many other wonderful things to do as well. The location of the house is perfect for taking a paddle up or down river. Up river is gorgeous and a quiet paddle of clear water and nature. Convenient to both state parks, manatee tours and even an airboat ride. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!
