Lovely 3br 2bath cozy location near shopping and dining! 40 mins from Nashville!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy 1 level home with no stairs. Close to restaurants and shopping. Walmart and GM Plant are 15 minutes away. Super private! Amazing scenery and local restaurants! Only 40 minutes from downtown Nashville. Incredible kitchen and no one backs up to the property! A pure gem! An accurate guest count must be included in all reservations.

PET POLICY
Pets must be pre approved and disclosed up front. Please only bring small to medium sized animals that can be crated when unattended. There is a $400 pet fee for up to 2 pets. All shots and flea treatments must be up to date. The yard is not fenced so a leash is necessary.

- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.

This renter is a fraudulent listing
The man renting this property in addition to others is illegally sub renting which is against his rental contract and is being sued. We were forced to move out a week prior to our renting lease agreement because we found out we were there illegally. We have yet to be reimbursed for this week.

Great home away from home
This house is in a community setting, but it's very quiet. exceptionally clean, large TV's in every bedroom, beds slept beautifully, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. We love history so from Franklin to Spring Hill and Columbia, we visited civil war battlefields, pre civil war home's and museums. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely home, great neighborhood!
Great property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to town, grocery store, and restaurants. Only 40 minutes to Nashville! The home was clean and well appointed. The owner contacted us to make sure check-in was smooth and that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The owner Jammi was very responsive, professional yet personal and reached out several times to ask if we needed anything which we appreciated. The house was nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

The perfect stay!
We were in town for my brothers wedding and this couldn’t have been the more perfect place to stay! 5 mins from our venues, extremely clean and fresh, beautiful home in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The host was so kind and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is just lovely. This home has everything you could need! Thank you Jammie and Andrea! Short weekend stay
Very clean and comfortable property. We had no issues with any part of the stay. It appears that we might have been the first to stay since listed as most of the items common to the house still had tags on them or in the boxes. The listing discription said it has a hot tub but it does not, that wasnt a deal breaker for us though. They might have just checked the wrong box by mistake when creating the listing. The master bath does have a deep soaker like tub however. App communication was good and we did feel like if we needed anything, accomodations would have been made. Nice quiet place to stay and easy to find.
