-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
- Pool is not heated
First floor, which consists of the table tennis and half bath does not have a HVAC. There are fans.

-7 min drive to Roger’s Park which is a man made beach along the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River
-12 min drive Sun West park with a huge inflatable obstacle course
-12 min drive to Pine Island open to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware including a crock pot

5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb in Hernando Beach. Tons of amenities, this was a work stay but I’ll have to return with the family soon.
