Enjoy our beautiful pool home located In the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast! This 3BR/2.5BA home offers all amenities - screened enclosed private and heated pool, relaxing spa, pool table, large screen smart T.V'S, Free Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, private parking and more.
Just minutes away from Commercial hwy and Cortez blvd where you will find plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Only 3 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and 12 minutes to Pine Island Beach Park!

POOL HEATER:
The pool uses an electrical heat pump, It is set to 85 degrees and is on a 12 hours timer. The pool pump and heater will automatically shut off at night and will resume operating the next morning.
****We will NOT run the heater during freezing temperatures, freeze warnings or any severe cold weather! Most pool heaters are not designed to operate in such cold conditions, doing so could lead to potential damage to the heater and drastically decreased efficiency.

This is a beautiful spacious home, very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. My family loved the pool and hot tub The owner provided plenty of towels and pool floats! The beds are very comfortable we all slept very well. The home is centrally located close to shopping and the spring. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home to spend time with family and friends!

This house is perfect! The screened in pool and hot tub was used daily. It has a nice privacy fence around it. Michelle was very quick and responsive to our questions. The house is right down the road from Weeki Wachee. The 3 car garage is huge. We were able to pull the truck in with the kayaks in the back! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to make our vacation the best!!!

We would not hesitate to stay in this lovely home again! Everything was clean, and the house was well stocked. The pool and spa were already heated up when we arrived. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. We had one small problem with the grill, and she quickly replied to my email and fixed the problem immediately. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; the only minor drawback for us was how far we had to drive to get to a nice beach. Still a 5-star property in our opinion!

House was great! Location was easy to get anywhere. Any issues were taken care of right away. Communication was fast and very helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice how bedrooms are separate. We spent time golfing,swimming and went to spring training baseball game. Everything you need is there. Didn't want to leave!!!

This property is wonderful! The pool and hot tub are a real bonus. It’s updated, clean and well stocked. The host was very easy to communicate with. She made sure our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. This property is centrally located to visit many national parks, beaches and other attractions in the area. One of our favorites was Three Sisters Springs where we saw dozens of manatee in the blue blue waters of the springs. Thanks Michelle for everything, we hope to be back.

Disappointed when we found out on average it took 3 to 5 hours to heat the hot tub, the pool was not anywhere near warm enough to swim in. Master bath sink drain was extremely slow draining, we were ok with dealing with it, rather than having someone in to fix it. At 1st look the house looked nice, and was, generally speaking. However I noticed lot of things that could be repaired. Dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom didn't use it but again, if we wanted to would it have worked? It was an OK stay, most Disappointed in the hot tub/ pool, they were the reason we went with a Vrbo house, so again not pleased about that.

My family had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving at your vacation home. There was room for us to have our family dinner comfortably. While some watched football, others could swim, or play pool. The swimming pool was always a comfortable temperature, and in the evening we sat around the jucussi, some just with our feet and legs in as we talked over the day and our plans for the next. Lovely home in quiet neighborhood
Really enjoyed our stay in Spring Hill. A bit less congested than other locations on the FL gulf coast. The home was close to major throughfares but in a very quiet neighborhood. As advertised! A perfect house for a multi-generational family visit. Plenty of sleeping space. Nice kitchen and living area. Heated pool and spa were awesome and easy to operate. Plenty of towels made available. Kitchen had great appliances. 5 minutes to Weeki Watchi Mermaids, 15 minutes to a great public beach. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. Our family enjoyed hanging out in the very private pool area with plenty of seating. We would book this house again. Host very responsive and helpful with questions before arrival.

Perfect for a quiet time away
This was just what we needed. We loved hanging out in the pool and on the patio. We drove a short way to the beach. There are several stores and chain restaurants nearby. It’s in neighborhood so nothing really in waking distance but that was fine by us. Quiet neighborhood and lovely home!
