"My husband and I took our 3 boys here for a little spring break getaway and it was PERFECT! My oldest loves fishing, so he spent a majority of the time fishing while my other 2 and I enjoyed the nice warm hot tub! I also really loved sitting in front of the fireplace and watching the lake while having my coffee. "It was a cold and dreary weekend, but warm and cozy in front of the fireplace at this home. We had a wedding in this town and was able to visit and gather with family and friends at this home and at the wedding. Communication with host was adequate. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans and even a full supply of spices. There are no overhead lights in this house. More lamps, stand lights brighter lightbulbs would be helpful."

"We stayed here once before, and it was just as perfect as last time. The house has everything you could possibly want or need: Games, puzzles, ping-pong, table, kayaks. It has a view in every direction and lots of spaces together in smaller groups if you want. But possibly the best part is that it’s in the woods with no visible neighbors, and a view of the lake. Checking in and out with the host is super easy as well."

"This home is charming, so well cared for, and stocked with everything you might need! You can tell that Mark and Libby love this home, and they have put their own stamp on it. Mark was a wonderful host, and I really appreciated him meeting me and showing me around the home so I was prepared for my stay. He was so easy to communicate with, especially when I, in an absent-minded moment, locked myself out of the house!I would 100% stay here again with no hesitation! It's near to all the amenities...

"House was very clean and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfy. And location is great and walkable to town. The only thing to make note of is one of the bedrooms only had a small futon as the bed. Great for kids but no way an adult could sleep comfortably. But one of the rooms had a king bed so we just doubled up so wasn’t an issue for us. But could be if you needed 3 separate beds for adults. Would stay again. "

"Nice property but we did have some issues. To be fair, the host did their best to correct them.The biggest issue is that the house is on a well and the drinking water was terrible. Be sure to bring drinking water with you.The second issue was that the house had very poor water pressure, probably do to the well. Be sure to check with the host before booking to make sure this issue is fixed!Overall we had a very positive experience and the host was great to work with."
