The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. "Staff were excellent - we arrived quite early in the morning, and whilst we weren't expecting to be able to check in early, we went off exploring and they whatsapp'd us as soon a room was available - much earlier than anticipated, and was quite welcomed after a long flight. The rooms were clean, convenient to the Enge station (only 2 stops from Zurich HB) and the overall stay was great, thanks to the staff."
