"One night stay with family while travelling through Germany. This hotel is bang in the middle of what I needed to be fair. Everything was on our doorstep. The reception area seemed very chaotic as it was very busy but we breezed through checkin. Room was a decent size and clean. "

"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"The spa services were awesome. Mai was great. The restaurant breakfast was really good. I loves the salad and the grilled shrimp. Beautiful hotel. All of the staff at the hotel were so helpful. I would totally stay here again. My room was very comfortable and the bed was just right!"
