"We had arrived early before checkin time but the front desk was willing to hold our bags while we continue explore the island. The hotel staff/concierge was easy to get a hold of. They were quick to provide extra towels or anything we needed. The room were spacious and all appliances worked well. The late night snack was provided perfectly by the lobby grab-n-go section. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. Waffle makers, hot food, cereal and good coffee was included. This hotel is not far from a beautiful garden you can walk to and take pictures with art pieces. Only twenty-five minutes away from the ferry terminal. The Ubers are pretty quick in pickup times here. I would be staying here again in the future. "

"The hotel was a very nice surprise, as it was a last minute booking. The room was really nice, big and clean. Perhaps the best bed I've had in a hotel (king, firmness just right, high). The management greeted me on the way in with cold water. The downside was the limited airport shuttle (set at a few times a day, though morning shuttle was just fine)) and no where to eat (but Uber Eats resolved that). Overall a pleasant surprise and very nice staff & management. "
