"The staff were so helpful and kind and let us book in early because we were going to Download Festival. Each evening they would leave cleaning stuff out for us to us before going into the hotel covered in mud. Friendly and kind would use them again any time. "

"Only one night ,very nice it was high 20 in temps ,and there was a fan in the room which was a nice touch ,and the prices at the bar was very reasonable for a city hotel will definitely be back if we are this way ."
