This beautiful farmhouse with swimming pool and large park is ideal for your large family with many children and dogs or even for a group of friends. Here you can enjoy your privacy and tranquility.
Just a few kilometers from art cities like Spoleto, Foligno and Assisi. It offers privacy and tranquility. The beautiful house is distributed on two floors and promises you peace and discretion due to the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

In the huge garden your travel group can unfold. The children will discover the playground, the dogs can romp on the lawn and all together can spend many fun hours in the large swimming pool.

In the quiet surroundings of Spoleto you can concentrate on yourself and, if you wish, take a trip to the imposing city of Perugia, famous for its city walls and the medieval Palazzo dei Priori, Fontana and the Duomo.
