"Our room was clean and accommodating but, the HVAC unit had a bad bering so each time in came on the noise woke us up. We wll notify the staff and hope maintenance will address the situation so future guests that stay in room 212 get a good nights rest."

The family rented a home for the first several years prior to building this one from a kit in 1911. It is located just north of the Gonzaga University Campus. The house is 1,350 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is now run as a museum which is open everyday but Sunday with free admission.
