Treat yourself to the tranquility and restorative energy of La Cabina (the cabin). Here you will find the old world charm of Tuscany, Italy with the modern amenities of a luxury hotel. Winescape Winery, a great boutique winery, a walk across the street. Thierman Trail head, great for nature hikes and biking, just minutes away. Just 12 minutes from downtown Spokane, business, hospitals and university districts. Also, conveniently located close to the I-90 freeway and shopping - including Trader Joe's, Target, fast food, and fine dining - La Cabina is nestled in a beautiful bucolic setting providing picturesque views from every window!


Your amenities include free wi-fi, Fire Stick TV. A complete kitchen with all modern appliances, a wellness pad for your aches and pains, a large dining area with a beautiful classic wood dining table for work or entertaining seating up to 6 people comfortably, a new luxurious king size bed, "Dr's Choice Elite" with adjustable base, ample pillows and bedding, a wall fireplace in bedroom, a cozy couch for relaxing and watching TV that also folds into a double sleeping bed if you have additional guests, a wonderfully spacious spa inspired bathroom with an elegantly tiled shower including an over sized “rain' shower head, a tankless water heater that won't run out of hot water! A washer and dryer for your laundry needs in a separate enclosed room. Air conditioning. All of this is set in a spacious studio layout with magnificent rustic iron lighting fixtures all on dimmers for perfect work and mood settings, and all floors have plush rugs for warmth and comfort. On the exterior surrounding La Cabina are extended gardens, a restored greenhouse, patios for BBQ'S or just relaxing with your favorite beverage taking in the dramatic views. Ever changing incredible sunsets! New, elegant curtains you can draw on main patio, for added room and privacy. Parking is immediately in front of La Cabina, so getting to your vehicle is simply stepping out your door. Also as a back up for any outages La Cabina has a generator.

La Cabina is available for short or extended stay booking options. Minimum stay is 3 nights, and extended stays are available per reservation availability.

For having a day event, 20 people is an additional fee of $1,000.00.

South Hill Stay
La Cabina was a great property for our Spokane Visit. While on the same property as the Owner's Home La Cabina has beautiful views, lots of outside spaces and plenty of parking. Really enjoyed the privacy the space offered and loved the deer that visited regularly. We will definitely be back.

A bit of Tuscany minutes from the South Hill
We truly enjoyed out stay at La Cabina. The Dining/Kitchen area, with French Doors opening to a large patio, was perfect for us to host a small Reunion Dinner for 6 with old college friends. And relaxing with wine and canapés on the terrace overlooking grass fields and farmland following to the mountains was wonderful! Such an unexpected treasure so close to the South Hill…and only 10 mins from Trader Joe’s, if you need supplies. We’ve slept in many 4 star hotels over the years, but the bed at La Cabina was one of the best! Booking and check in very easy. We highly recommend this place.

A peaceful cozy stay!
We fell in love with this property while initially searching for rentals—and it certainly did not disappoint! This was a unique gem and was such a lovely place to temporarily call home for the weekend. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and everything went smoothly. We would absolutely stay here again :)

My husband and I came in town with our dog for work and family appreciated staying close by and in such on such a magical property. The grounds are beautifully cared for and the cabina is beautifully decorated. My only suggestion is an ottoman for the coach to more comfortably watch tv on have one in the bedroom. Other than that I will likely rebook on our next visit. 😊

Wonderful quiet getaway
The place was amazing and beautiful.It had everything you needed for a romantic or cozy getaway. We stayed at this place for a friend's graduation. It was super close to downtown Spokane and was located right across the street from a great winery. Our host was so accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this spot.

We loved our time here. The place was so cute and cozy. Conveniently located directly across the street from a winery and minutes from both Spokane and Spokane Valley. A the same time it was far enough out to be relaxed and out of the city.

Gets better every time!
We stayed at this beautiful property in 2015 and got to come back to it for the Thanksgiving holiday this year. It was even better than we remembered. The personal touches, Italian inspired decorations, incredibly comfortable bed, sheets, and blankets, and the overall vibe of the whole property made it perfect. Again.

The Cabina is such a little gem. I visit Spokane often and wish we had found this place earlier. Rene was great to communicate with. The Cabina was very clean and well equipped. Amazing, relaxing villa!
Rene has this cute little getaway prepared so that your stay is so comfortable. I was in town to visit family and wanted my own space. This place was easy to find, yet tucked away off the busy path. I enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the sunset. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their own space in a calm setting. I will definitely stay here again if i am back in the area! Everything was fantastic!

Perfect location

Charming, cozy, convenient and classy!
This is the third year we and our mini-dachshund have stayed at the Cabina for Christmas, and we have hosted a Christmas Smorgasbord for our family there. Everything is aesthetically pleasing. Rene' is a great host, and her Cabina lacks nothing from our perspective. She even loans us extra serving pieces for our Smorgasbord. The Cabina feels as though it is in the country, but it is minutes from the rest of the South Hill, Downtown and Spokane Valley. We hope to be back next year!

Amazing Getaway
We enjoyed our stay! It was beautiful and peaceful. We were in town for a graduation and were in and out. Rene was so nice to help with everything. The property is so amazing and the cottage is cozy. We had a bit of a hiccup but Rene was great. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
This was a perfect little cabin tucked away in the quite hillsides of Spokane. Rene was wonderful and accommodating and answering any questions we had. The cabin had all you need for a weeks stay. The surrounding area is stunning and so relaxing. The winery across the street in walking distance is a bonus. Not far from downtown Spokane but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. We had family over for a nice dinner that fit all 6 of us comfortably. There is wildlife all around and we loved sitting in the garden area. A must stay if visiting the Spokane area!

Place was great, access to PB great! Wish I would have known exit off freeway was closed for repairs made navigation a little rough getting to place. Once there very enjoyable, charming, comfortable bed thank u for accommodating my pet!
