This peaceful retreat includes a private backyard with outdoor eating area and pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being close to all that the area has to offer. Book now and experience the ultimate relaxation in your own private oasis.

Guest Access:
Entire Home and Backyard. Pool is typically open May thru middle of September based on weather conditions.

The Neighborhood:
Near Downriver golf course and Audubon park! This safe neighborhood is great for walking or any kind of transportation! People are friendly and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance!

Getting Around:
- 10 minutes to I-90, Downtown Spokane, Spokane Arena, & The Podium.
- 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport.
- 1 hour to Silverwood (47 miles)

Other Things to Note:
Indoor Fireplaces are prohibited from being used.
The Pool Floatable toys have been removed, only USCG approved floatable toys allowed.
The Slide and Springboard have been removed for Safety.

- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.
- High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 15 guests.
- No Stairs on property.
- Fenced in backyard
- Slide has been removed from the pool.

Terrific!
Eight WSU sorority sisters got together for a 4-day reunion. This lovely home couldn't have been a better place for us! It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to see and the things we wanted to do. It was a perfect size and accommodated all of us with ease! It is in a lovely, older neighborhood that was very quiet. The home is by far the best VRBO I have ever been in. It was spotlessly clean and very inviting. We wanted for nothing! The furnishings were comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was amazing! It had everything imaginable, including spices, coffee and every utensil and appliance you could need. We used the BBQ on the patio, and it was a breeze. Unfortunately, it was too cool to use the beautiful pool, but we did enjoy some time in the sun on the patio. Jeff, the host, was phenomenal!! He was always available and responded to my questions and requests immediately. Check in/out was easy and smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located property on their visit to Spokane. 5 stars all the way!!!

The owner was very communicative and very accommodating. The house was clean. Pool was a great feature. The only issue noticed during our stay was the water pressure of the shower in the master bathroom. The pressure was very low, but seems like an easy thing to fix/improve. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful mid-century modern!
This was the perfect house for our needs this week. My dad turned 85 yr, so a bunch of us came to town from all over (OR, ID, AK, NV, MT, and western WA) to celebrate with him. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to everything (downtown/freeway, grocery, etc). The house itself is spacious, open concept, beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped with anything you could need. The listing pictures are very accurate to size and cleanliness, unlike so many listings that trick you with filters to make the house look bigger than it really is. If anything, the house was larger than I expected. There was even a playpen and highchair, which I didn’t think I would need (we were a group of 6 adults only), but came in so handy when my niece and her baby came over to visit. The pool was a big hit! It must be a salt pool because I didn’t smell any harsh chlorine but it was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils you could need while cooking away from home. The house is on a quiet residential street, plenty of parking, and plenty of seating (inside and out). We spent a lot of time outside on the patio, where there was plenty of shady area, in addition to plenty of sunny area, to make everyone happy. The host was a good communicator and offered to help in any way we might need him. Arrival and departure instructions were very clear. I would most definitely rent this house again, no question!

Was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend while we visited other family in Spokane. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and great for evening walks, and Jeff was incredibly welcoming and communicative. 10/10!

Awesome Christmas Holiday
We originally picked this house for its location. As it is close to where the rest of our family were staying, but this is a perfect house for anyone coming to enjoy the Spokane area. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to town and supper easy to get to all the local attractions. We arrived the day after Christmas and were surprised to have a fully decorated Christmas tree complete with lights, what a nice touch! Jeff is a traffic host with excellent communication, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Should we be back in the area in the future I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully in the summer so we can enjoy the great outdoor space and pool! Thanks, Steve

Perfect spot in Spokane!
What a thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and supplied home! It was perfect for our group of friends and kids. I love that it was well stocked with essentials like towels, dishes, coffee machine, shampoo/conditioner, etc. but the decor was beautiful and understated. It’s hard to feel at home when places feel cluttered and this property definitely did everything right!! Lots of parking plus the garage for use. Located central to everything but quiet neighborhood. Walkable to a little coffee stand and we can’t wait to come back in the summer! Host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly from a to z!

Loved the house it was everything we wanted. (Minus the pool, we thought we would be able to swim and didn’t realize it closed Oct 3. I probably misread the listing.) It was a little disconcerting with no covering on the living room large window. The bamboo shade seemed to have fallen down. My husband said in the half bath off the kitchen the toilet seemed to be loose from the wall as though not anchored well. The master bath shower didn’t get very hot, the regulator (handle) seemed just off a little. All in all we loved the house and would gladly stay there again. Upon getting ready to leave I never could find any binder or information on what we should do with linens. The bathroom linens we put in the laundry area and we left the beds as is. Again, thank you very much it was a great place to stay.

Perfect paradise in the City
This is a beautifully maintained property. Clean, Neat and well updated. The beds were comfortable - memory foam. The pool was great during the day but no lights outside a night (made early evening swimming difficult). Also - remember as stated in the listing there are no pool toys, slide or diving board. Overall a beautiful home no blinds on the open shared living space which at times would have been nice when Gardner and pool Cleaning staff came to home overall great location and nice welcoming home would recommend
