Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Great location, modern, clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay. Great place with comfy beds. Neighbors were a bit loud, but turned on the white noise machine and all was good. Don’t pass this place up because it really is a great find. Will book it next time we are in Spokane.

This property was excellent for our 2 night stay. The property was well equipped for dining, visiting and sleeping. We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

Everything you need and very, very clean!
This is a spotlessly clean and quiet apartment in an area that is conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. The property is in an older building, but the interior has been completely redone and is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped (beautiful dishes!) – a cut above what is usually found in vacation rentals. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that it’s a second-floor walk-up apartment, so this is not a good option for people who have trouble with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was super clean. It has comfortable beds. It was very well stocked with everything you need. They also left us a snack tray and lots of coffee and tea. We highly recommend this property. It was decorated so cute! We loved it!
