Summary:
Rest easy in this adorable newly-renovated Spokane bungalow in the highly-sought-after Garland District just minutes from downtown, north Spokane, Whitworth and Gonzaga, and Spokane Arena. Main floor living with two bedrooms, one king and one queen bed, one full bathroom, living room with fold out sleeper sofa, smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, local coffee provided, covered carport, propane BBQ, and ample street parking. AC is seasonal.
The Space:
You'll enter the front door using your reservation-specific smart lock code. There is also have a locking metal screen door for you to get some fresh air in the home when seasonal AC isn't installed or necessary. Just inside the front door, there's a mud room and coat rack for you to take off your coat and shoes-- stay a while and get comfy! After the mud room, you'll enter the main living area with queen bedroom to your right, king bedroom ahead, bathroom left of the king room, and living room and kitchen to the left.
The queen room has a cozy bed, an armoire for storing luggage and hanging or folding clothes. The closet contains a washer and dryer set with laundry detergent and some cleaning supplies, provided by host. A desk with chair is in the corner for working on a laptop or tablet, or enjoying some private time with your local cup of brewed coffee.
The next bedroom has a comfy king bed walk-in closet with dresser and hangers provided. Another desk with chair for you to work in private. Bedroom is next to the full bathroom and on the southwest corner of the home, so it will experience sunrise first in the morning before the queen room.
Next to the king room is the bathroom and decorative fireplace. Opposite the bedrooms is the living room with fold-out sleeper sofa, which fits 1 adult comfortably. The living room has sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, smart TV and windows for natural light.
From the living room, you'll walk past the bar-height dining table and into the kitchen.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, cooking and baking pans and utensils, refrigerator with freezer, mop and broom, and door to the fully-fenced yard.
The carport is accessible from the street and not fenced in. The propane BBQ is under the car port, please pull it away from wood structure to use.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, we don't allow pets here.
We do have exterior camera that records video and audio upon detection of motion. Cameras are on the exterior of the duplex and face the street. No cameras record into any guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home, except the crawlspace/basement.

Getting Around:
Parking is simple at this single-level home with large fenced yard. There is street parking available next to the home under the carport, right in front of the home, or around the corner on the side of the fence. It is blocks away from a busy street and the heart of the Garland District, so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot and walking to shops and restaurants, if you'd like!

If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
