Please park in the driveway. There is plenty of room for several cars and even a truck or trailer.
The check-in process is simple and convenient by entering your personal code (last four digits of your phone number) on the keypad on the front door.

The Neighborhood:
North Spokane is a beautiful residential and safe area of the city yet easy access to the sports arenas, performing arts center, airport, and downtown. Additionally, the north end of town features some of the most beautiful natural areas of the Inland Northwest. It’s not unusual to see deer, wild turkeys, and even moose in this part of town! The natural beauty, outdoor activities, and many local attractions truly make this a special area that we are proud to call home. With many rivers, 100 lakes within 60 miles, and large parks for the family, there is no shortage of things to do here. We love sharing our favorite spots so don’t hesitate to ask! We also have kayaks, paddleboards, and more available for an additional fee.
Getting Around:
North Spokane is well-connected by roads and highways, so having a car will allow you to explore at your own pace. Whether you bring your vehicle or utilize one of the many rental agencies, this will be the most convenient mode of transportation. For those without their own transportation Uber/Lyft both service the area and the STA bus service is also quite reliable. If you prefer something more active, North Spokane is also very bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and trails. The 60-mile-long Centennial Trail offers a scenic route for cyclists and pedestrians too!

» If you are booking for a construction or work crew where you won't be onsite yourself, you must let us know before booking and be willing to put down a security deposit.
*Please note there is a $200 fee for breaking any of the rules above and your reservation could be canceled.
If you have additional family members traveling with you and need a larger space or additional space please ask about our discounts for booking more than one of our vacation rentals.
*We have an outdoor motion activated light for the front porch and a Ring camera that monitors the front exterior area for safety. No indoor cameras.
