Serene location in Nine Mile Falls area in Spokane, this Mother-In-Law basement unit with a separate entrance and off-street parking offers 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The bathroom (located inside the larger suite) features a large jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Also has a large separate shower. With amenities like WiFi and a washing machine, guests can relax in a home away from home. Enjoy all that Spokane has to offer when you stay at our place. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials and linens provided.

Washer and dryer available in the unit and separated from our main floor living area. Pellet stove available for snuggling up on the couch on a cold winter's night. Secure keyless entry with door code lock.

Ample hiking, biking, and riding opportunities available in Riverside State Park, which is within 300 yards of our property.

Our home is located on 10 acres in an equestrian community, and we have horses, chickens, cats and a dog on the property. The cats and dog DO NOT have access to this unit.
