Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"This room sits directly above a bar who blast computer techno generated music. When I say loud, items in my room were vibrating and as I lay in bed unable to sleep the vibrations came through the bed. Earplugs were of little help. The music was blasted until 2AM on Saturday, 1AM on Sunday and again to 2AM on Monday. It was brutal. "The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city making it easy access to historical site, restaurants and the water. The room was beautiful and had all the convenience we needed. The staff were accommodating, helping us with our daily plans and fixing a lunch on days we left before breakfast was served. Highly recommend."
