Beachfront Villa Melania is built in a modern style of construction, and has 270 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 700 m2. What will especially delight you is the fact that the villa is only 4 m from the sea, located on the beach, which is an excellent opportunity for swimming in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, is fully air-conditioned, and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.

The ground floor has a spacious living room that includes a sofa, sofa, coffee table, and TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen with a bar with 3 bar seats. All three rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace.

On the upper floor, guests will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds, and there are 2 ensuite bathrooms with showers, and one ordinary bathroom, also with a shower. Additional facilities available to you are a washing machine and iron, and by prior arrangement, you can also use the feeder and baby cot. The villa also has one separate toilet. You will be delighted by the fact that the villa has a sea view from all rooms.

On the outdoor terrace, you will find pleasant refreshment in the heated pool of 38 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining table, and an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood. Also on the terrace, there is a jacuzzi and garden furniture, perfect for drinking morning coffee.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to organise a private berth if you reach the villa by your own boat. If you come by car, outside the courtyard of the villa there are 3 parking spaces.

Slatine is a small fishing village located on the northeast side of the island of Čiovo. They are located on the shores of Kaštela Bay, opposite the city of Split. From Slatine there is a beautiful view of Split and the hill Marjan. The place also has a small harbor with a berth, a children's playground for football and basketball, and of course many cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy fine cocktails, a drop of wine, or gastronomic delicacies. Pine forests in the summer create shade in small pebble coves and are an ideal place for bathing families with small children. Only 2 km from Slatine, on the south side of the island, in the rocks is the church of Our Lady of Prizidnica, a widely known shrine where hermits lived during the Middle Ages.
