"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders angenehm ist das Schwimmbad, was auf jeden Fall einen Mehrwert darstellt. Was wir ein wenig unterschätzt haben ist die exponierte Lage auf 1500m Höhe. Mal eben Brötchen holen funktioniert nicht. Für einen Skiurlaub ist die Lage natürlich super. Wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Der Ausblick am Morgen und in den Abendstunden ist atemberaubend."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die FeWo ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage in den Bergen war für uns perfekt. Mit Bergblick aufzustehen und abends ins Bett zu gehen, war für uns sehr besonders. Zudem ist es super ruhig und die Bergluft angenehm frisch. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, besonders auch weil Sabine und Bernd so herzlich sind. Für unseren kleinen Sohn wurde sogar ein kleines Badebecken bereitgestellt. Gerne kommen wir wieder."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet, Manuela hatte bereits die Heizung aufgedreht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. "Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"
