"The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that the parking garage was right across the street. It was disappointing that the pool was not open due to maintenance and it would be gret if the rooms had a mini fridge especially since they dont have a free breakfast."

"I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was!!! From check in, to check out. We arrived it took literally 2 minutes for them to hand us our keys, and the front desk receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. Rooms were very clean, loved the roomy shower and bathroom, and their parking lot was clean and safe. Breakfast was also good The one thing though I must brag about I unfortunately had a women issue around midnight, and went downstairs hoping their little gift shop had feminine products, luckily they did and the gentleman that was working was so sweet, he gave me the box for free! 10/10 recommend, and if ever coming through fort smith, this will be hotel destination. "
