"We had a really lovely trip to Krkonoše and this little cottage at the bottom of the mountain was our highlight. Our host Edyta was very nice and made our stay very pleasant. The little house offers a lot of space and is a great accommodation directly connected to the national park of Krkonoše. We went skiing, sledging and winter hiking during our trip and had an absolute great time. Definitely worth checking out!"

"Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß, sodass 6 bis max. 8 Personen platz haben. Die Betten waren sauber, das Geschirr auch und auch die Bäder waren in Ordnung. Was aber gesagt werden muss, ist das alles schon sehr runter gekommen ist und Benutzungsspuren zeigt. Zum Beispiel ist das Treppengeländer sehr stark am wackeln, 2 Treppenstufen schon durchlaufen, Türen lassen sich schwer bzw. quietschend Öffnen oder die Fliesenfugen haben sich bereits stark verfärbt. "Das Haus ist wirklich richtig gut. Es ist sauber und für 6 Personen (sofern mindestens 2 Kinder dabei sind) gut geeignet. Zum nächsten kleinen Skihang brauch man mit dem Auto 15min für Langlauf 30min. 3 Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5min zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür aber da die Unterkunft in einem Tal liegt hat sich da starker Smog gebildet und die Abendrunde mit unserer Hündin musste deswegen immer etwas kürzer Ausfallen.Ansonsten haben wir selten so eine gut sortierte...

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "
