The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

It started with Angela greeting us warmly and describing the apartment and the city thoroughly - even setting up a tour with a pedi - guide bike host who was amazing! The apartment felt like home - we stayed for 9 days - all the amenities we needed, parking right outside the apartment (big plus) and a grocery within walking distance.
