"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. "It’s indeed a wonderful trip with my husband . The services provided by the staff especially in the restaurant is Excellent , Ms Kym and other staffs are so well trained , Ms kym and her co teams performances are excellent beyond compared. No matter how small or big crowd in restaurant , Ms Kym shows her composure, professionalism, skills and communication to the highest level . May this trip a bit frustrated related to the rainy conditions , still , the services given By Ms Kym and quick notice of my husband cake for his 70th birthday is really appreciated and I can’t thank you enough for such gesture ! I would love and recommend Clayton hotel to all my friends and family as this is one of the best hotel in cork city Center . The likes of Ms Kym and her co-workers must be valued and kept to the job well done with flying colours !!! "The property grounds are outstanding, great for a walk or a bike ride along the Lee River. The staff are wonderful the front desk always ready to help guests. Rooms are very clean. Some minor issues would be a dripping faucet from a bathroom sink and paint chips in lift corridor of hotel around the door frame. Restaurant food is incredible. I ordered my special favourite Angus Beef Rib with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots and gravy. This dish is a Kingsley classic that should stay the test of time. All in al I truly enjoyed my stay at the Kingsley. I look forward to next time."

"I loved the whole vibe of this hotel! The lobby bar is a bonus! The rooms were cute and clean. We especially loved the staff! Charlotte, at the reception desk was so pleasant, friendly, and very professional, she was really helpful with all our questions! She was so patient with us. Lauren, was so kind, and professional as well, I felt, I was talking with a friend. Ricky, was a great bartender, and told us a lot of great history about the area, and gave us a great recommendation, where to hear wonderful local music! Our experience was just lovely! We wish we could have stayed longer! I would recommend this hotel, and would return, when we can!"

"This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "
