"We made wonderful memories at the Casale. The place is huge with spacious dining, living room and outdoor space and swimming pool. The view is stunning. Close to Formia snd Gaeta beaches, boat tour of the area was beautiful. Restaurants and good pizza places. The kids had super time doing night swims at the pool. We give this place an A+"

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"The place itself is outstanding and an amazing location and spectacular view. However several issues that are maybe related to being used off-season. Heating system was not working (but a couple space heaters brought to us). Advertised as WiFi but only by mobile cell coverage and most of the time zero bars, concerning in case of an emergency, as no way to call out. Dishwasher and other minor issues, perhaps from lesser use in off season. Managers of the property very responsive at least."

È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. "The house is truly incredible. Very secluded and peaceful with no neighbours at all. The house was very well decorated and everything (hot water, Wi-Fi etc) worked fine. Fernando was very helpful whenever we needed him. Amazing tranquility and fabulous views. We got a train to Rome for one night very easily and the history of the area is amazing. Many thanks Fernando and Rosanna."

"Casa Vacanza Malvarosa ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, anzi più bello e confortevole! "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "
