"This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. "Wir, ein neunmonatiges Baby, 2 Kinder 4 bzw. 7 Jahre alt und vier Erwachsene, haben in dieser großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung mit alleiniger Gartennutzung bewohnt. Der Aufenthalt war toll. Das Ostseebad Bansin ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In Mellenthin kann man in einem Bioladen einkaufen, eine Kaffeerösterei ist ebenso fußnah zu erreichen. Das Wasserschloss lädt zu leckerem Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen."

Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, da vor allem die Stellen, die man erst auf den zweiten Blick sieht (Lampenschirme, Fenster, Spinnweben an der Decke) sorgfältiger geputzt werden dürfen. Edeka und Aldi sind gleich neben an. Die Ostsee kann man in 10 und das Achterwasser in 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Bahn und einen Fahrradverleih sind ebenso nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
