"The house was in a wonderful location. The downstairs bathroom was clean but it had a particular smell. We lit a candle and that seemed to help. There were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. We cleaned out the coffee maker before we used it. Other than those two things, the house was very nice! "

"The location is perfectly placed in Evergreen - not too far from the edge, middle, and heart. The apartment is a a lovely restful place that was just the right size for me and my wife - plenty of space to lay around and read. We had a 4 wheel drive Toyota Tundra, so we had no trouble getting up the road. Property Manager was helpful and responsive - she warned us (as did the listing) about the need for a 4 wheel drive.
