"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "Good value stay, convenient for where I needed to be. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9am which was too late for us, but they sorted out some pastries for us instead. "

"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "This cottage is utterly beautiful. The rooms are well equipped and beautifully furnished. You won't need to take your slippers for the stay, the underfloor heating keeps your toes constsntly cosy. The huge bedroom has stunning views and decorated exquisitely."
