"Lovely hotel in quiet village. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast ‘multi-task Mandy’ was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was in a new purpose built annex which was attached to the function room. We were dismayed to find out there were schools proms on both nights of our stay but as it turned out noise didn’t bother us. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Plenty of parking. Would recommend. "

"Lovely hotel, perfectly located for Norwich city, a lovely walk along the riverside. View of Norwich football pitch made my husbands stay, he was over the moon. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return. "

"Lovely rambling country pub with modern rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we really felt welcome. Inside and outside dining with courtyard area and beer garden. I liked the slightly quirky building with several small dining rooms. Food was good and typical pub prices. The location is very quiet and nearby houses are hidden away. It’s only about 3 minutes walk to a fantastic beach, 5 minutes to the parish church and under 8 minutes to a monastery ruin. There is even a local museum a few houses up from the pub. It was a perfect way to spend a beautiful summers evening. We enjoyed our visit and would consider staying there again. "

"I loved it didn’t want to go home 10/10 More of A Question but I Didn’t know where to walk around the facility’s as in outside and where not to go due to golf course? And Areas for Improvement A Fridge or Cooler in the hotel room but this is a minor change for drinks or food maybe as top floor gets very very warm in the heat 25*C "
