"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. "For an older property, it was well maintained. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to Shaby, who is the epitome of service. "Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great location and excellent view from the room. Parking was paid, but across the road from hotel. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the chef was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would recommend for others to stay if needing a base in the Dolomites."

"It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "

"This whole region of Italy was incredible to us. Everyone was so nice and there was so much to do. Roberta and her family started with a tour of the property and then they connected us with a number of excellent things to do nearby including wine, beer, pizza, hikes and an adventure to remember for a lifetime. I hope one day to be back to this region. The children cooled off in the pool and lost to their parents in foosball multiple times. We saw Marmolada and Pedavena. We saw Grotta Azzurra...

"Amazing views right outside our balcony! But the only negative about my stay was the laundry machine that kept eating away my money. Front desk was friendly and helped in everyway they could. Beds were comfortable, and the pool/sauna was a great addition!"

"Great breakfast, and kind people at reception. Use of spa was very expensive so I declined and I had problems in my first room so was moved to another room but then all fine."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "
