"At first I was sort of nervous because of the great price I got for my room, but as I walked in, the inside to check in was stunning. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and hot. Now, this hotel is absolutely perfect for families with children. The amount of amenities was amazing. "The historic part of the hotel is as you would expect small. I recommend staying in the newer buildings. We stayed in the infamous Room 40 of the historic section. It’s definitely a bit creepy and is allegedly haunted. It features a huge antique King size sleigh bed. Great for couples. We didn’t see any ghosts, but the desk got complaints that we were moving furniture around and the TV was loud. Neither of which was true. "

"The hotel had everything I needed - a clean room, hot water, a workout facility, and free parking. It is a bit aged with the floor in my room warping and the heater is an old wall mount that is very noisy, but kept the room warm. The guests are pretty active until about 10pm but its quite quiet after that until about 7am. Overall a good place to lay my head for a few hours. "
